Please note we cannot deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. Delivery is made during normal business hours to residential or business addresses.

  • Delivery within Australia – Standard – $9.95 (allow 5-7 business days)
  • We do not do International Shipping

Returns & Refunds

Sale-Price Merchandise Returns:

  • We do not provide refunds for change of mind returns on sale items purchased, we will gladly exchange  only.
  • After 14 days, change of mind returns of sale product are not eligible for exchange.

Full-Price Merchandise Refunds:

  •  The full amount will be credited to the original tender (credit card/paypal) if returned within 14 days of the delivery date on your tax invoice. Please allow 30 days from the day you return the item for your account to be credited.

Articious will gladly exchange or refund in accordance with the following conditions:

  • Articious will exchange or refund (full price items only) within 14 days of purchase.
  • We do not provide refunds for change of mind returns on sale items purchased, we will gladly exchange only.
  • You must provide ‘proof of purchase’, being either a tax invoice, bank or credit card statement.
  • Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card/paypal used to make the original purchase. The refund will be processed as soon as the items have been received and inspected by Articious, however, please allow 30 days from the day you return the item for your account to be credited. The amount refunded will cover the value of the item (s) purchased, however shipping charges are NOT refundable.
  • Items must be in new condition, unworn and re saleable to be accepted as a return. Product tags must be attached to the product on return.
  • Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit.
  • All ‘return’ postage costs will be at your expense with the exception of a return that has been deemed faulty. Please include proof of any postages costs to be reimbursed for faulty items.
